Shanna Riker (She/ Her) is an award-winning Director, Producer and Screenwriter. She was named the 2023 Female Filmmaker of the Year at the Austin Revolution Film Festival for her film Spaceman. Her films Spaceman and The Leap have captivated audiences in the festival circuit and The Leap is currently streaming on RevryTV. She is currently in development for her first feature film, The Light Before Christmas.
Shanna’s screenplays Bottom of The Barrel and Unfinished Works have won multiple “best drama screenplay” awards and she is a literary client of The Stein Agency, LA. Shanna has produced 100+ national commercials for Spectrum Reach and directed a Telly and Communicator winning campaign in 2025.
Shanna is a co-founder of Honey & Hemlock Productions, a female led production company telling stories through the female lens.
