Screamiverse Expo

1. By submitting, you represent and warrant that you have full legal right and authority to submit the project for consideration by Screamiverse Expo, and that all necessary consents, licensing, and approvals have been obtained. Screamiverse Expo, its owners, management, subsidiaries, sponsors, affiliates, etc. are held harmless from any and all claims of liability resulting from your entry.

2. By submitting, you grant Screamiverse Expo the right to use promotional materials, including, but not limited to, trailers, images, excerpts, and posters. This material may be posted on websites and social media to promote your project.

3. Selections will be made progressively as we review, so submitters may receive notification of selection status before the final date of 1/31/2027 (Selected, Not Selected, etc). Since we are a free event, we get a lot of submissions, and know aesthetically what we want to present for the festival. Due to this, we may select all of our choices prior to the final deadline, so be sure to submit early!

4. If selected, we will need to download your film in advance. Please provide that option when submitting. Our screening room is on a lower level of our convention hall without the ability to stream. We unfortunately cannot play DVD or other physical copies.

5. AI policy. We are an arts convention, so we discourage works that are fully AI-generated. We will disqualify any AI films upon receipt.
