Scott Hess makes his independent film debut with “Mountain Time” shot in Northern California. After reviewing court documents and hundreds of news articles the film attempts to set the record straight in an 100 year old triple murder. Scott previous creative endeavors include large scale industrial design, writer and builder. Always looking for a new medium, Scott has found a new passion in film.
