I lost my brother to suicide and I wrote this story based on my experience with grief and being "left behind."

It's important to keep talking about mental health and sharing our stories of struggle.

Our cast AND crew are made up of primarily women, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC, which was very meaningful for me. Having Bonnie Helman (AMSTERDAM), Suzy Nakamura (DEAD TO ME) and Travis Coles (DAVID MAKES MAN) on the cast brought so much to my story.

Everyone grieves differently and that's ok.
