Originally from Quebec, Sara is an actress, a writer and a director. Her passion for embodying characters brought her to travel to Saint-Hyacinthe, Montreal, New York and Winnipeg where she studied method acting as well as movement and mime, working with a diversity of beautiful teams for tv and theatres.

One morning she woke up with an urge to tell a story, and the flow of words never stopped pouring out of her fingers. That was the moment she became a writer.

Sans haine (Hatredeless), Le cordonnier et son apprenti (The shoemaker and his apprentice) and Cyborg Inc. are her latest creations (director and writer). In 2025, she also directed L'autre (The Other One) for Thesée Productions in Toronto, directed a hospital-theme web serie, wrote a commisioned short film and finished writing her first feature film.

When she is not on stage or typing on a computer, she practices Falun Dafa, hike mountains or care for others.
