Sandra was born in Brooklyn NY - She dropped out of Brooklyn College to pursue modeling and creative arts. Sandra studied acting at The Actors Studio under the late William Hickey and Earle Hyman and learned her craft on such stages as The American Theater of Actors, Nuyorican Poets Cafe and National Theater of Harlem. After a 21 year hiatus from the stage, she re-emerged in Norcross GA, writing and producing her first play, The Collective at the Lionheart theater. Though acting is her first love, she now pours her heart and soul into writing and producing. Her stories encompass truth, humor and a myriad of life experiences. Her first film, PIECES-a short film won an audience favorite award at the #FreedomFestivalInternational in 2019 and can be seen on YouTube. She is also a first time published lyricist. You can hear her song, Light in the Dark sung by Stormy Stori, on Spotify.
When not acting, writing, producing or otherwise trying to take over the world, you'll find Sandra hosting home cooked dinners at her home in Columbia, SC
