Samuel is a Nairobi-based journalist and documentary filmmaker, and the Founder of Life Spark Studios, a creative documentary storytelling hub and production studio focused on thoughtful, character-driven narratives with global resonance. His work has appeared on platforms such as Bloomberg and Cognizant, with his latest work recently acquired by Scientific American. A 2023 VC Solutions Storytelling Project Fellow and part of the 2021 One World Media Fellowship cohort, Samuel has earned recognition from festivals and awards, including the Montreal International Black Film Festival and the Kalasha Film & TV Awards. He is committed to elevating everyday voices and telling impactful, human-centered stories that spark conversation, inspire reflection, and contribute meaningfully to society.
