Samuel Reed Gibson, an American director and producer, was born on April 13, 1995, in Knoxville, Tennessee. He grew up in Morristown, Tennessee, participating in theater and making short films from a young age.
At 21, Gibson entered the film industry by taking on background roles in television and film to gain firsthand experience on professional sets. In 2021, he wrote and directed the short film "Bright", which premiered at the Louisville International Festival of Film. He later began production on his debut feature film, "Mimickers".
