Samantha Beaulieu, an actress and writer, born and raised in New Orleans, is known for her bold and colorful choices, and in-your-face-style and delivery. Samantha has costarred in block-buster hit movies like Bad Moms; Now You See Me; and Big Momma’s House 2, to name a few.
Her television credits include a recurring role on NCIS New Orleans (Officer Sullos); AMC’s Preacher; WGN’s hit series Underground; FX’s American Horror Story: Coven; and HBO’s critically acclaimed Treme’, along with the HBO comedy Eastbound and Down.
In addition to film and television, Samantha has appeared on stage in Los Angeles and with top theatre and Improv troupes in New Orleans. In 2010, Samantha was awarded Gambit’s Big Easy Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama for her ‘flawless portrayal of Ruth Younger’ in the classic stage production A Raisin In The Sun.
When she’s not in front of the camera, Samantha enjoys treading the boards and has appeared in Louisiana’s premier Regional Theatre company, Southern Rep Theatre, costarring in some of their biggest stage productions like the unforgettable Lily’s Revenge; and the sold-out 5-week run of Song Of A Man Coming Through.
In 2016, Samantha was the proud recipient of Southern Rep Regional Theater’s Young Guard Award, which recognized her for her energetic support and tireless work as a local media figure, and for her work as an artist.
Samantha attended Clark Atlanta University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, and she received herMBA in Marketing from The University of Minnesota.
