Studio Babos is a filmmaking collective founded by Manyin from Hong Kong and Kyoung from South Korea. As independent animation filmmakers, they specialize in 2D and stop motion animation, blending personal storytelling with handcrafted visuals. Based between Hong Kong and Seoul, Manyin is an animator, while Kyoung is also an illustrator and lecturer. Together, they create short films—such as The Lost Corner and Vietnam Diary—and run creative animation workshops for children, inspiring young minds through playful, hands-on experiences.
