SEA Film Festival

Requirements:

• Documentaries, animations, music videos and short films are allowed (maximum duration 10 minutes)
• Each competitor will be able to send as many videos as they wish.
• Each short film must be entered in only one category
• A description must accompany each video.
• All videos that are not dubbed into Italian must be accompanied by the script with the time code, for translation and subtitling. SRT format required.
• Scenes suspected of mistreatment or manipulation of the species containing obvious copyright violations will not be permitted.
• All material must be free from copyright protection restrictions

Regulation:

• The jury expresses itself according to the parameters of judgment and the result is not contestable. The prizes to be awarded may be subject to change based on the availability of the event's supporters.
• The organizers, the jury and all the staff believe that the short films presented at the Sea Film Festival are free from any artistic property rights or any other rights that may belong to third parties. All authors who decide to submit their short film to the Sea Film Festival must guarantee the organizers that the works presented are free of copyright. All responsibility for any complaint or dispute that may be presented against the signed short films lies solely and exclusively with the authors. The organisers, the jury and all the staff of the Sea Film Festival cannot in any way be held responsible in the event of a dispute or dispute.
• All participating videomakers authorize the saving of their short films and their use during the final evening of the Sea Film Festival, as well as being able to show them in whole or in part to promote the Sea Film Festival and/or activities related to it (always quoting the name of the author, but without giving rise to the payment of royalties and/or compensation of any kind).
• The jury's decisions are unquestionable. Participation in the Sea Film Festival implies acceptance of all the conditions established in these Regulations.

• Sono ammessi documentari, animazioni, video musicali e cortometraggi (durata massima 10 minuti)
• Ciascun concorrente potrà inviare quanti video desidera.
• Ogni cortometraggio dovrà essere iscritto ad una sola categoria
• Una descrizione dovrà accompagnare ogni video.
• Tutti i video che non sono doppiati in lingua italiana dovranno essere accompagnati dalla sceneggiatura con il time code, per la traduzione e il sottotitolaggio. Richiesto il formato SRT.
• Non saranno ammesse scene sospettate di maltrattamento, manipolazione della specie contenenti palesi violazioni di copyright.
• Tutto il materiale deve essere esente da restrizioni di protezione del copyright

Regolamento:

• La giuria si esprime secondo i parametri di giudizio ed il risultato non è contestabile. I premi da assegnare potranno subire modifiche in base alla disponibilità dei sostenitori dell'evento.
• Gli organizzatori, la giuria e tutto lo staff ritengono che i cortometraggi presentati al Sea Film Festival siano liberi da qualsiasi diritto di proprietà artistica o da qualsiasi altro diritto che possa spettare a terzi. Tutti gli autori che decidono di sottoscrivere il proprio cortometraggio al Sea Film Festival devono garantire agli organizzatori che le opere presentate sono libere da diritti d'autore. Tutta la responsabilità per ogni eventuale reclamo o contestazione che dovesse essere presentato contro i cortometraggi sottoscritti è solo ed esclusivamente quella degli autori. Gli organizzatori, la giuria e tutto lo staff del Sea Film Festival non potranno in alcun modo essere ritenuti responsabili in caso di controversia o contenzioso.
• Tutti i videomaker partecipanti autorizzano il salvataggio dei loro cortometraggi e il loro utilizzo durante la serata finale del Sea Film Festival, nonché a poterli mostrare in toto o in parte per promuovere il Sea Film Festival e/o attività ad esso legate (citando sempre il nome dell'autore, ma senza dar luogo a pagamento di royalties e/o compensi di sorta).
• Le decisioni della giuria sono insindacabili. La partecipazione al Sea Film Festival implica l'accettazione di tutte le condizioni stabilite nel presente Regolamento.
