Salil Singh is an Independent Film Director, Producer, Screenwriter & Actor. He made his directorial debut with a short film, Stranger & I (2014). His first Major Short Film was Ab Teri Baari (2015) followed by Panch Kaafir (2016), Fearless (2016) & Bebasi (2016), which got him many national and international selections & screenings in short film festivals. In 2016, he also made a three minute short film for social cause titled, "Swachhta Hi Jeevan" which got him appreciation certificate from Government Of India. As a filmmaker, he is best known for 23 March (2017) a short film based on the life of Bhagat Singh, Where he himself portrays the character of Bhagat Singh. It was screened at Mumbai Short Film & Theatre Festival 2017 And Got Special Jury Mention From Bikaner Short Film Festival 2017. His latest short film, Juhi Aur Jamal (2020) got screened at 10th Dada Saheb Phalke International Film Festival, Kolkata shorts International Film Festival 2020 and Many More. Currently, he is finishing the post-production works of his first independent feature film titled, "Chai Ki Dukan" under his film production company, Dreams Slave Entertainment.
