The inaugural Rutherfurd Hall Film Festival (RHFF) promises to be one of Northwest New Jersey’s premier cultural and social events. This two-day film festival specifically recognizes, showcases, and celebrates outstanding Garden State films and filmmakers – from professionals to students and everything in between. More than just spotlighting films and filmmakers from our state, RHFF is a celebration of the cinematic arts and how they make a meaningful impact on our lives.

Only films with a connection to New Jersey will be considered.

RHFF is the capstone to a week-long Celebrate the Arts festival hosted by the Rutherfurd Hall Foundation. The Trustees of the Rutherfurd Hall Foundation serve as stewards of the rare, surviving 110+ year old estate now serving as a cultural and enrichment center. In partnership with the Allamuchy Board of Education and in conjunction with the Friends of Rutherfurd Hall, the Trustees raise funds for beautification and capital improvements.
