1. Required Materials:

All materials must be uploaded via the festival’s registration system.
2. Eligibility:
Films must be produced after 2022.
Films should not currently be in public release (for domestic films).
Films that have previously participated in the festival are not eligible.
Short films must not exceed 45 minutes.
Films must meet technical standards (sound and image quality).
3. Language and Subtitles:
Films in local dialects or foreign languages must have official Persian subtitles.
4. Film Categories:
Filmmakers may submit works in all categories.
Multi-part films may submit either one episode or all episodes as a single entry.
5. Student Films:
Free entry for student filmmakers: Submissions from students (grades 7-12) are free of charge. To qualify, proof of current student enrollment is required.
Films made by students in grades 7-12 will be considered for the student section.
Student-directed films with adult production team members will be judged in the International section.
Proof of employment or enrollment is required for teacher filmmakers.
6. Selected Films:
Selected films will be screened during the festival.
Certificates will be awarded to winning films.
The festival reserves the right to screen selected films in educational centers nationwide, inside and outside of Iran.
7. Submission Requirements:
Submissions imply acceptance of all festival rules.
English-subtitled versions must be submitted within one week of selection; otherwise, the film may be disqualified.
Submissions will not be returned.
