Rocío López is a Mexican-American actress, producer, writer, and singer. The proud daughter of farmworkers, Rocío graduated from UCLA and got her Master of Arts in Educational Theatre from NYU. Her film credits include The Heat, Bienvenido Juanito, The Ballad of Tita and the Machines, and El Paisa—the last two screened at The American Pavilion at Cannes. She played the lead role of Della in the revival of ZOOT SUIT directed by Luis Valdez at The Mark Taper Forum. She was also selected as a performer for the CBS Diversity Showcase. Rocío's TV credits include Goosebumps (Disney+), Poppa's House (CBS), Modern Family (ABC), Insecure (HBO) & Vida (Starz). She was also a finalist in the popular Spanish-language reality competition show, Tengo Talent Mucho Talento.
Rocío is a savvy music producer and songwriter and has released over 20 songs as a solo artist and with her pop girl group, SHe.
With 15 years of experience in arts education, Rocío launched Aguaysol Studios to create engaging content for families of young children.
