Robert V. Gibson is a screenwriter, actor, and production assistant. His original screenplay, "Western Star, Bus 11" was a Top 30 Finalist in the 2020 Scriptapalooza Screenplay Competition. He is a production assistant known for work on Swan Song (2021) for director/writer Todd Stephens, Tango & Cash (1989) and Major League (1989). He also participated as an extra actor on The Zodiac (2005), The Untouchables (1993-1994 television series; pilot episode), and Major League (1989). Robert completed an internship at the Ohio Film Bureau (now the Ohio Film Commission) from August 1988 to August 1989. He attended Bowling Green State University (1981-1986) with a major in Visual Communication Technology, with training in film production and acting. He is from Akron, Ohio and has worked professionally in Ohio, Chicago, and San Francisco. He has also trained, and performed, in improvisation shows at the Children's Theater of the Second City, Chicago.
