Born on 15.08.1999 in Rotenburg (Wümme). Started to realize various short films during school. After graduating from high school, he spent a year studying philosophy, then studied Arts, Media & Culture with a focus on film and literature in Groningen (NL). During this time, he shot short films, fell in love with documentaries, wrote short stories and screenplays and completed internships as a camera and production assistant for professional film productions at both domestic and international level. Since 2021 he is studying directing at the ifs internationale filmschule Köln. In the second semester, together with Nina Lieverscheidt and their script "Heimgesucht", he was shortlisted for the German Youth Screenplay Award. His third-semester short film "Das Cello" has been shown at various national and international film festivals and has received numerous awards. His current short film "Ben's Birthday" premiered at the 58th Internationalen Hofer Filmtage. At the moment, he is developing a comedy series with two fellow students and working on his graduation film. His projects are currently focusing on the topics of migration, identity and family.
In November 2024 he is awarded the German Youth-Screenwriting Award at the up- and coming Festival in Hannover for his middle length script "Ithaka".
