Richard Chen is a filmmaker and photographer from Vancouver, Canada. His upbringing split between Shanghai and Vancouver, serves as a strong inspiration for his writing. He graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts Film and Television program in 2022 and is currently based out of New York.
