4. Copyright and Ownership: Filmmakers, distributors, and rights holders must hold the
necessary rights to the submitted works and ensure that all content is properly

5. Selection Process: Submissions will be reviewed by our panel of film experts, who

6. Notification and Awards: Selected works will be notified via email and announced on
our website and social media channels. Awards will be presented to outstanding
entries during the festival.

7. Screening Rights: By submitting a film, filmmakers, distributors, and rights holders
grant the festival the right to screen their work during the event and for promotional
purposes.

8. Publicity and Promotion: Filmmakers, distributors, and rights holders agree to allow
the festival to use excerpts from their films, as well as their name and likeness, for
promotional purposes.

9. Entry Fees: There is a nominal entry fee for each film submission, which helps
support the operational costs of the festival.

10. Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable, even in the event of disqualification or
withdrawal of a submission.

11. Legal Responsibility: Filmmakers, distributors, and rights holders are responsible
for ensuring that their submitted works comply with all applicable laws and regulations,
