The Reno-Tahoe Screenplay Summer cycle is now accepting submissions. The winning SHORT SCRIPT GETS OPTIONED AND PRODUCED!

We will also produce proof-of-concept scenes from winning feature and TV pilot scripts.

The Reno-Tahoe Screenplay Contest is one of a kind contest that strives to connect local and international screenwriters with producers in an effort to create world-class content.

All entries receive script analysis through our film finance and script development partners at the Screenplay Awards Network. Or upgrade to the full analysis and score that helps you identify any issues and how to fix them.

NEW!!! The 3 winning writers will also receive 1-year premium membership from Screenwriting Staffing (https://www.screenwritingstaffing.com/premium-membership)

The winners will get produced by our partner Mad Wife Productions. https://madwifeproductions.com/

Mad Wife Productions got 6 unproduced writers produced in 2020 (including Ramon Geronimo, writer of Capture Narcos and Allan Tamshen, writer of Black Eyes), 3 this year (including Rachel Tanezler -- one of our contest winners) as well as the winners of the spring Reno-Tahoe Contest, whose scripts are in pre-production.

Our goal is not only to find the best scripts possible, but to provide resources that edify creators from Nevada and across the globe, and bring them to the forefront of our rapidly growing film community.
