Rashaana Shah is a producer with Mulberry Films, a books-to-film TV and film development company, and a former actress.
She recently produced the feature films THE COLLABORATOR (Book to film adaptation), AMERICAN UNDERDOG (Completed 2024), LOST & FOUND IN CLEVELAND (Completed, 2024), BLOWING UP RIGHT NOW (distributed by Gravitas Ventures in 2020) and A NEW CHRISTMAS (distributed by Cinedigm in 2019).
She has also produced a music video with award winning cinematographer Paul Atkins featuring ethnically diverse casts from Kenya, USA, South Korea and India.
She also has several other TV and film projects in pre-production or development, including PIANO TUNER a novel by Daniel Mason, NANDA DEVI, a spy-thriller set in the Himalayas in 1965 and PURPLE AMERICA, based on the bestselling novel by Rick Moody.
