The Rapa Nui Film Fest now in its 4th edition is a vibrant celebration of cinematic arts on Easter Island, showcasing a diverse array of films that explores the cultural richness and unique perspectives of the island's inhabitants blending indigenous storytelling with the global language of film.

The festival features a number of inspiring and independent films from the Spanish-language cinematic world as well as the international community. Also, among the competitors will be several of the year's most acclaimed films from the Chilean cinema. The five-day event will also feature workshops, among them one designed to instruct residents of the island on how to get funding for audiovisual projects.

1. The selection of films to participate in RNFF will be conducted by the Festival's Selection Commission
2. Only Feature and Short films that were produced from 2022 to 2024 can participate.
3. The minimum runtime of feature films is 60 minutes
4. The maximum runtime of short films is 30 minutes
5. Foreign films must be subtitled in English
6. Spanish/Chilean Films must be directed/produced by a Chilean
