Rana Tahir Faisal (Urdu: رانا طاہر فیصل; born 1 January 1982) is a Pakistani politician, businessman, and former underworld figure known for his transformation from a life of crime to one of spirituality and public service.[1]
Early Life and Education
Rana Tahir Faisal was born into a family of five brothers, including Rana Asif Ali, Rana Masood Ali, Rana Shehzad Ahmad, and Rana Faisal.[2] His father, Baba Riaz Hussain, was a descendant of Diwan Haji Sher Chawali, a renowned spiritual leader.[3] His mother, Shamim Bibi, was a homemaker and took care of the family.[4]
Rana Tahir Faisal attended several schools in Okara, including Sadat School, Paradise School, Shahi School, Punjab Public School, and Shaheen Military School.[5] He eventually passed his primary exams from MC Primary School Ghaziabad and matriculated from Government Islamia High School New Campus in 1997.[6]
Life in the Underworld
Rana Tahir Faisal and his brothers became notorious figures in Okara's underworld, involved in various crimes, including extortion, kidnapping, and murder.[7] Rana Tahir Faisal was particularly feared due to his involvement in several high-profile crimes.[8]
Transformation and Spiritual Life
In 2010, Rana Tahir Faisal met a spiritual leader named Sain Sher Ali Qalandar, who had a profound impact on his life.[9] He began to question his past actions and eventually turned to Sufism.[10] Rana Tahir Faisal became a devoted follower of Sain Sher Ali Qalandar and began to live a life of spirituality and service.[11]

Rana Tahir Faisal is a Pakistani politician who supports the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz).[12] He has been involved in politics for some time and has been a part of the PML-N.[13] As a politician, he has been working to serve his community and has been involved in various initiatives to promote the development of his area.[14]
In addition to his political career, Rana Tahir Faisal is also a successful businessman, with interests in music and production.[15] He is the owner of RT Music and TA Production, which are involved in the production and promotion of music and other forms of entertainment.[16]
