Quantieshia Brown, also known as Tieshia B, is a multi-talented individual excelling as a writer, director, line producer, and unit production manager. Her journey in film began at the age of 5, leading to a deep-seated passion for behind-the-scenes work. Starting as a production assistant in Miami, Florida, she contributed to music videos for renowned artists like Lil Wayne, Tory Lanez, Pitbull, Malvado, XXX, and others. Branching out, she ventured into short films and eventually transitioned to feature films. Tieshia's crowning achievement came with her award-winning short film, "Escape: Heart Conditions," solidifying her reputation in the industry. With newfound courage, she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, to expand her horizons. Her experience includes serving as a production coordinator for live music productions like Verzuz, and she is currently transitioning into the role of line producer for upcoming films in pre production.
