Pluriart Film Festival

REGULATION

PFF puts cinema and authors directly in contact with the public. Viceversa, it is an opportunity to engage with this art form for those who don’t directly know its methods and mechanisms. In particular, young people can be stimulated to test themselves in designing and creating a film.
By signing up your film, you agree to the following points:

1) Short films must be maximum 15 minutes long, credentials included.
2) Payments are only accepted via the FilmFreeway platform.
3) By sending your film, you agree for it to be shared and linked on our social media channels and showed at the theater.
4) Should your film be selected, we will ask you to give us the possibility to download it directly from FilmFreeway.
5) You are the copyright owner or the producer.
6) We will not pay for board and lodging, nor incur costs for the participation to the festival or pay for costs related to the showing of the film.
7) If you don’t accept awards in person, we will not send you the plaque but only a mail containing the certificate of attendance.
8) We are not responsible for any copyright violation of your material and you give us permission to publish your images, your poster and the trailer on our website and/or on our social media pages.
9) By sending your work, you declare to own its rights, that contents do not violate any law and that the same contents are not defamatory. However, authors release us from any loss, damage, responsibility, cost and obbligation of any type whatsoever which may follow the showing of their film. SIAE and the payment of related rights, in case of music played by third parties, fall under authors’ responsibility.
10) All fees are not refundable.
11) We reserve the right to bring about all the necessary changes to regulations, awards or programming of the events.
12) By participating to the competition you agree to these rules.

PFF first edition will take place at Padua’s theater Fronte del Porto.
Once the program has been set, dates and schedules of film showings will be available on Pluriart’s website and Facebook page. Then a map with the schedules will be available to visitors and the public.
The film showing and the Festival will take place between January and February 2023.

Italian or English subtitles are required for languages other than Italian and for dialects
Independently from the language, English SRT subtitles must be provided.
Each director can present only 1 work.
Films must be maximum 15 minutes long, credentials included.
The only format accepted is 16:9 full HD - H264/MP4.

REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
Registration and participation to the Festival and the Awards in only possible through the link posted on the online platform FilmFreeway.

All of the directors (or troupe representatives) who have participated to PadovaCiak2022 will be entitled to a 40% reduction.
All of the directors (or troupe representatives) who have participated to the editions prior to PadovaCiak2022 will be entitled to a 20% reduction.
To receive the reduction, send a mail to info@pluriart.it indicating name, last name, troupe name, Padovaciak edition and title of the short film presented.

PFF porta il cinema e gli autori direttamente a contatto con il pubblico. Viceversa, è l'opportunità per molti che non conoscano direttamente i modi e i meccanismi di questa forma d'arte di entrarne in contatto. Si pensa in particolare ai giovani che potranno trarne lo stimolo a cimentarsi loro stessi nella progettazione e realizzazione di un film.
Iscrivendo il tuo film accetti i seguenti punti:

1) I cortometraggi devono avere una durata massima di 15 minuti titoli inclusi.
2) I contributi sono accettati esclusivamente tramite la piattaforma FilmFreeway.
3) Inviando il tuo film accetti che venga condiviso e collegato nei nostri canali social e che venga proiettato nella sala.
4) Se il tuo film è selezionato, ti chiediamo di darci la possibilità di scaricarlo direttamente da FilmFreeway.
5) Sei il proprietario del copyright o il produttore.
6) Non paghiamo vitto e alloggio per la partecipazione al festival e non paghiamo le spese di proiezione per mostrare film.
7) Se non ricevi premi di persona, non ti invieremo la targa ma solo un'email con l’attestato di premiazione.
8) Non siamo responsabili per qualsiasi violazione del copyright del tuo materiale e ci dai il permesso di pubblicare le tue immagini, poster e trailer sul nostro sito web e / o sulle pagine dei social media.
9) Con l'invio dell’opera, gli autori dichiarano di possedere i diritti delle opere, che i contenuti non violano le leggi in vigore e che gli stessi contenuti non sono diffamatori. In ogni caso, gli autori ci liberano da ogni possibile perdita, danno, responsabilità, costi e obblighi di qualsiasi tipo che possano seguire la proiezione dei loro film. La SIAE e il pagamento dei relativi diritti, in caso di musica eseguita da terzi, è di competenza degli autori.
10) Tutte le tasse non sono rimborsabili.
11) Ci riserviamo il diritto di apportare tutte le modifiche necessarie in regolamenti, premi o programmazione degli eventi.
12) Partecipando al concorso accetti queste regole.

La Prima Edizione del PFF si terrà presso la sala Fronte del Porto a Padova.
Una volta definito il calendario, le date e gli orari delle proiezioni saranno resi noti sul sito e sulla pagina Facebook dell’Associazione Pluriart, quindi una mappa con gli orari sarà messa a disposizione di visitatori e pubblico.
Il periodo delle proiezioni e del Festival è sarà tra gennaio e febbraio 2023 (la data precisa sarà dipendente dalla disponibilità della sala).

Indipendentemente dalla lingua è richiesto l’invio dei sottotitoli in formato SRT in lingua inglese.
Ogni regista può presentare solo 1 opera.
Si accettano film della durata massima di 15 minuti titoli compresi.
Il formato accettato è il 16:9 full HD - H264/MP4.

ISCRIZIONE E PARTECIPAZIONE
L'iscrizione e la partecipazione al Festival ed al Premio è possibile unicamente attraverso la piattaforma online FilmFreeway al link che si trova sulla pagina.

Tutti i registi (o i referenti troupe) che hanno partecipato a PadovaCiak2022 hanno diritto ad uno sconto del 40%.
Tutti i registi (o i referenti troupe) che hanno partecipato alle edizioni antecedenti a PadovaCiak2022 hanno diritto ad uno sconto del 20%.
Per ricevere lo sconto inviare una mail a info@pluriart.it indicando nome, cognome, nome troupe, edizione di padovaciak e titolo del corto presentato.
