-Pink Life QueerFest Submission Conditions-
1- LGBTI+ themed films and/or queer productions can apply to the festival.
2- Films that were first screened before June 2024 will not be accepted.
3- Films selected by the festival must have high resolution downloadable screening copies.
4- Copies of films whose original language is not English must have English subtitles. The dialogue list of the films whose original language is English must be sent.
5- All promotional materials of the selected films should be sent to kuirfest@pembehayat.org within two weeks upon the notification that they have been selected. The festival is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect information in the materials provided. The licensor is deemed to have committed to the accuracy of the information.
6- Texts, promotional articles, etc. to be published in the promotional materials of the festival (festival catalog, program, press bulletins, social media publications, etc.) are at the discretion of the festival management.
7- A maximum of 3 minutes of footage, sections, visuals, the name of the film, etc. from the films accepted into the festival program can be used to be shown in the national or international media for the promotion of both the film and the festival.
8- The festival has the right to use the visuals on its website, social media channels, websites of the festival sponsors, and social media accounts to promote both the selected film and the whole program.
9- The festival management is the only authority that decides on the screening program of the selected films.
10- The deadline for the film to be withdrawn from the festival is 30 November 2025.
11- The dates of the festival may vary due to pandemics or similar situations that hinder social life. In such a case, the festival may screen the films on a closed online platform. No liability arises if the festival cannot be screened due to force majeure that cannot be imposed on the parties; the time for and the form of screening (it may also be online in case of force majeure, security concerns, etc.) are notified by the festival management to that who lends the authority to screen the film in question.
12- The screening copies of the films selected for the festival are not to be sent back to the producers; they are rather to be included into the festival archive. The festival management may screen the films for cultural purposes, provided that they get permission from the producers and pay the necessary screening fee.
13- Responsibility for copyright matters resides with the owner of the work. In the event that third parties make a claim, file lawsuits, or lead to the issuing of criminal-legal or administrative sanctions regarding the copyrights of the films, the applicants expressly accept and undertake that Pembe Hayat LGBTI+ Solidarity Association, Pembe Hayat QueerFest and/or all other related parties have no responsibility concerning the event. For this reason, Pembe Hayat QueerFest reserves the right to suspend or terminate the screening of the film.
14- The holder of the screening right cannot transfer or assign the rights arising from this contract to third parties, institutions or organizations in any way without the written consent of the licensor and cannot make the works used in any way; nevertheless, with the signing of this contract, the holder of the screening right, i.e. Pembe Hayat QueerFest, reserves the right to archive the films in question.
15- Application and participation conditions for the festival consist of fifteen (15) articles including this article.

-Pembe Hayat KuirFest Başvuru Şartları-
1- LGBTİ+ temalı filmler ve/veya kuir yapımlar festivale başvurabilir.
2- İlk gösterimini Haziran 2024’ten önce yapılmış filmler kabul edilmeyecektir.
3- Festival’in seçeceği filmlerin yüksek çözünürlüklü indirilebilir gösterim kopyalarına sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.
4- Orijinal dili İngilizce olmayan filmlerin kopyaları İngilizce altyazılı olmalıdır. Orijinal dili İngilizce olan filmlerin diyalog listesinin gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.
5- Seçilen filmlerin tüm tanıtım materyalleri seçildiğine dair bildirimin ardından iki hafta içinde kuirfest@pembehayat.org adresine gönderilmelidir. Sağlanan materyallerdeki eksik ya da hatalı bilgilerin sorumluluğu festivale ait değildir. Lisans veren, bilgilerin doğruluğu taahhüt etmiş kabul edilir.
6- Festivalin tanıtım materyallerinde (festival kataloğu, program, basın bültenleri, sosyal medya yayınları vb.) yayınlanacak metinler, tanıtım yazıları ve benzeri festival yönetiminin inisiyatifindedir.
7- Festival programına kabul edilen filmlerden en fazla 3 dakikalık görüntü, kesit, görsel, ilgili filmin ismi vb hem filmin hem festivalin tanıtımı için ulusal ya da uluslararası medyada gösterilmek üzere kullanılabilir.
8- Festival, hem seçilen filmin hem de bütün programın tanıtımını yapmak üzere kendi web sitesinde, sosyal medya kanallarında, festival sponsorlarının web sitelerinde , sosyal medya hesaplarında görselleri kullanma hakkına sahiptir.
9- Festival yönetimi seçilen filmlerin gösterim programına karar veren tek yetkilidir.
10- Filmin festivalden geri çekilebilmesi için son tarih 30 Kasım 2025'tir.
11- Festivalin tarihleri pandemi veya benzer sosyal hayatı engelleyen durumlarda değişkenlik gösterebilir. Festival böyle bir durumda, filmlerin gösterimini çevrimiçi, kapalı bir platformda yapabilir. Festival, taraflara yüklenemeyecek mücbir sebeplerden kaynaklı gösterilemezse sorumluluk doğmaz; festival yönetimi tarafından gösterim yapılacak zaman ve gösterimin şekli (mücbir sebep, güvenlik gibi hallerde çevrimiçi de olabilir) gösterim hakkı verene bildirilir.
12- Festivale seçilen filmlerin gösterim kopyaları yapımcılarına geri yollanmaz, festival arşivine alınır. Festival yönetimi, yapımcılarından izin almak ve gerekli gösterim bedelini ödemek kaydıyla, filmlerin kültürel amaçlı gösterimlerini yapabilir.
13- Telif hakları konusunda sorumluluk eser sahibinindir. Başvuranlar, filmlere ilişkin telif hakları konusunda 3.kişiler tarafından herhangi bir iddiada bulunulması, dava açılması, cezai-hukuki veyahut idari bir yaptırımla karşı karşıya kalınması halinde Pembe Hayat LGBTİ+ Dayanışma Derneği, Pembe Hayat KuirFest ve/veya diğer tüm bağlantılı tarafların herhangi bir sorumluluğunun bulunmadığını açıkça kabul ve taahhüt ederler. Bu nedenle Pembe Hayat KuirFest’in filmin gösterimini durdurma, sonlandırma hakkı saklıdır.
14- Gösterim hakkı alan, iş bu sözleşmeden doğan haklarını lisans verenin yazılı izni olmaksızın, hiçbir şekilde üçüncü kişilere, kurum veya kuruluşa devir ve temlik edemez, eserleri hiçbir şekilde kullandıramaz, fakat iş bu sözleşmenin imzalanmasıyla birlikte, gösterim hakkı alan, Pembe Hayat KuirFest, ilgili filmleri arşivinde saklama hakkı vardır.
15- Festivale başvuru ve katılım koşulları, bu madde dahil olmak üzere on beş (15) maddeden oluşmaktadır.
