5o Photopolis Agrinio Film Festival, announces a film competition and invites you to submit your work in the category: Short Films.
Participation is €20
Participants are requested to submit their project(s) electronically, which must be downloadable, with a maximum duration of twenty minutes (20'), as well as a short descriptive text of the project and a bio of director.
If the official spoken language is not Greek or English, then subtitles in English must be provided.
The selection of projects will be made by directors Christina Charharidi, Zephy Ross, and members of the Agrinio Film Club Dimitris Kourtis and Vasilis Pelekis. The selection will be based on the relevance of the description of the idea to its execution.
The results will be announced by April 1, 2026 on the festival website (www.photopolis.gr), on social media, while the creators of the selected works will also be informed by e-mail.

Το 5o Photopolis Agrinio Film Festival, προκηρύσσει διαγωνισμό film και σας προσκαλεί να υποβάλετε τη δουλειά σας στην κατηγορία: Ταινίες μικρού μήκους.
Από τους συμμετέχοντες ζητείται η ηλεκτρονική κατάθεση έργου/ων, ελεύθερης θεματογραφίας, στα οποία θα πρέπει να υπάρχει η δυνατότητα κατεβάσματος, με μέγιστη διάρκεια τα είκοσι λεπτά (20′), καθώς και ένα σύντομο περιγραφικό κείμενο του έργου, καθώς και το βιογραφικό και sosial του σκηνοθέτη .
Το κόστος συμμετοχή είναι 20€.
Η επιλογή των έργων θα γίνει από τους σκηνοθέτες Χριστίνα Χαρχαρίδη, Zephy Ross και από τα μέλη της Κινηματογραφικής Λέσχης Αγρινίου Δημήτρη Κούρτη και Βασίλη Πελέκη
και θα βασίζεται στη συνάφεια της περιγραφής της ιδέας με την εκτέλεσή της.
Τα αποτελέσματα θα ανακοινωθούν μέχρι την 1η Απριλίου του 2026 στην ιστοσελίδα του φεστιβάλ (www.photopolis.gr) και στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, ενώ οι δημιουργοί των επιλεγμένων έργων θα ενημερωθούν και με e-mail.

Ολα τα επιλεγμένα έργα θα αποτελέσουν μέρος των κεντρικών εκδηλώσεων του φεστιβάλ και θα προβληθούν στον Δημοτικό κινηματογράφο Αγρινίου "ΑΝΕΣΙΣ" τον Οκτώβριο 2026.

Rules & Terms

1. The projects must be product of the participant.
2. In case that the works depict persons unknowingly or without their approval, as well as for the general audiovisual material being used, responsibility lies solely with the creator to whom the work belongs and not the Photopolis Festival.
3. If the official spoken language is not Greek, then the necessary Greek subtitles material should also be submitted.
4. Each participant may submit as many entries as they wish, but only one may be selected.
5. The copyright of each work belongs to its creators.
6. The festival reserves the right to post photos and trailers of the films to promote the event

2. Σε περίπτωση που τα έργα απεικονίζουν πρόσωπα εν αγνοία τους ή χωρίς την έγκρισή τους, καθώς και για το γενικό οπτικοακουστικό υλικό που χρησιμοποιείται, η ευθύνη βαρύνει αποκλειστικά τον δημιουργό στον οποίο ανήκει το έργο και όχι το Φεστιβάλ Photopolis.
3. Εάν η επίσημη γλώσσα ομιλίας της ταινίας δεν είναι η ελληνική, τότε θα πρέπει επίσης να κατατεθεί το απαραίτητο αρχείο ελληνικών ή αγγλικών υποτίτλων.
4. Κάθε συμμετέχων μπορεί να δηλώσει όσες εργασίες θέλει αλλά μπορεί να επιλεγεί μόνο μία.
5. Τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα κάθε έργου ανήκουν στους δημιουργούς τους.
6 Το φεστιβάλ διατηρεί το δικαίωμα ανάρτησης φωτογραφιών και trailer των ταινιών για διαφήμιση της δράσης.
