We aim to keep the festival as accessible as possible while maintaining the quality of the experience.

Carer Access
We are happy to accommodate carers where required.
Due to the inclusion of a pre booked meal within the VIP ticket, we are unable to offer free VIP carer tickets.

However, carers are welcome to attend to provide support. Please note that carer access does not include the VIP meal, goody bag or additional VIP benefits.

If you require a carer ticket, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

By purchasing a ticket for any Penistone Film Festival 2026 event, you agree to the following terms.

Programme and Schedule Changes

All film screenings, live performances, guest appearances, and event timings are subject to change where necessary. This may include changes required due to licensing conditions, film availability, artist availability, technical requirements, or circumstances beyond the organisers' control.

Penistone Film Festival reserves the right to alter the programme, substitute films, adjust schedules, or amend event formats if required. Any changes will always aim to maintain the quality and integrity of the overall festival experience.

No refunds will be issued due to programme changes, guest cancellations, or scheduling adjustments.

Ticket Refund Policy

All tickets are non refundable except in the event of full cancellation of an event by the organisers.

Tickets may not be exchanged unless expressly agreed by the organisers.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered either:
• transfer to an alternative event where available
• credit for a future Penistone Film Festival event
• refund at the discretion of the organisers

Ticket Protection is an optional service provided externally through FilmFreeway at the time of booking and is not administered directly by Penistone Film Festival CIC.

Any claims relating to Ticket Protection, including cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, are handled in accordance with FilmFreeway’s own policy terms and claim process.

Dietary Requirements and Catering (Gala Dinner Tickets)

Guests attending the Gala Awards Dinner must notify the festival of any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances at the time of ticket purchase.

Due to the nature of event catering and the advance planning required with external suppliers, dietary requests submitted close to the event date may not be possible to accommodate.

The organisers cannot guarantee that dietary needs can be met where information has not been provided in advance.
