Graduated in Documentary Film at the Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano and by trade make-up artist for film, TV, photography and advertising,
photography and advertising. She has worked in the most prestigious national and international films and TV series, being nominated for the Goya awards and recently
nominated for the Goya awards and recently recognized with the Pedro Sienna award for the makeup of the film El Cristo Ciego. She has been working in the audiovisual field for more than 30 years. She has naturally ventured into the creation of documentaries, making two short films two short films: "Nunca Estrenada" selected at the Diva Festival and Las Condes Film Festival and the short film "Same Same But Different". and the short film "Same Same But Different". With his debut film "Edita" he obtained three important funds from the State: CORFO Development 2015 and Audiovisual Fund for screenwriting 2016 and 2022 for post-production. To date Pamela has obtained a series of consultancies with prestigious national and international screenwriters, directors and producers to enhance the development of Edita, including development of Edita, including; ARCA Residency; SANFIC Lab; FEMCINE and CHILEDOC and CCDoc. This allowed her to CCDoc Conectados, to obtain the first prize for Image Post Production awarded by the National Cinematheque of Chile. In May 2021 she was selected for Cannes Docs at Marché du Film 2021. She currently lives in Pucón and in parallel to the post-production of EDITA, she is dedicated to university teaching, mindfulness practice and theater production.
