A screenwriter of multi award-winning feature titles The Lamplighter, Lamplighter II and No Spring Till Now, I have also written and produced short films Off The Lead, My Field and La Vie En Doses. Other writings to my credit include three publications of The Anthology of Christian Poetry and poetry in the feature film Innerscape.

As a trained actress, I have worked in front of the camera in film and television for 35 years. Titles include The People v. Larry Flint, Adam Joan, Trainspotting 2, Toy Box Killers, Black Heart and River City. Born in Washington D.C., I have lived most of my life in Edinburgh and the South of France. Edinburgh is where I consider home. A keen lighthouse spotter and amateur photographer, I also live passionately for yoga and meditation. My two children and my husband are my never ending sources of encouragement and revelation!
