Darren Paltrowitz is a New York resident and licensed Private Investigator who began working around the music business as a teenager. Since then, he has worked with a wide array of influential recording artists, including OK Go, They Might Be Giants, Mike Viola, Tracy Bonham, Loudness, Rachael Yamagata, Lucy Woodward, Superdrag and Amanda Palmer. Darren is the host of weekly "Paltrocast With Darren Paltrowitz" series, which airs weekly on 50+ television stations plus key podcast and digital outlets. His third book is slated for a Spring 2024 release via Backbeat Books. When not busy with writing, investigating or co-hosting the world's only known podcast about Van Halen's David Lee Roth ("The DLR Cast"), he and his wife Melissa tend to enjoy their adopted hometown of Long Beach.
