Rules & Terms

Submission Guidelines:

Submissions are open for short films and music videos.
Films must be no longer than 45 minutes in duration.
All submissions should be in English or include English subtitles.
Submissions can be made through FilmFreeway.com
Submission fee is $25 per entry, non-refundable.

Screening Schedule:
Selected films and music videos will be screened at PHANTASMAGORIA.
Don't miss your chance to witness these spine-tingling creations!

Award Ceremony:
Join us at 7:30 PM for the award ceremony, where we'll honor the exceptional talents behind the best films and music videos of the festival.

Submission Rules:

Content should be original or have appropriate rights for screening.
Explicit content is allowed but should be within reasonable limits and serve the artistic integrity of the piece.
Any form of discrimination or offensive content is strictly prohibited.
Submissions violating copyright laws will be disqualified.

Judging and Awards:
A panel of esteemed judges will evaluate submissions based on creativity, storytelling, technical excellence. Awards will be presented for various categories, including Best Short Film, Best Music Video, Best Direction, Best Cinematography, and more.

Rights and Permissions:
Submitting a film or music video grants PHANTASMAGORIA the right to screen your work during the festival and for promotional purposes.

    What a wonderful festival! I’m very honored that my film Scream a Little Dream was chosen to be part of the first Gore Fest. And that it was shown in 3-D to boot! Allan was a terrific host and it was great getting to meet other filmmakers. Can’t wait to enter the next one!

    This was a wonderful festival and I'm honored to have been a part of it. It is well thought out including an entertaining animated talking skeleton head, Gor, introducing each film, and well paced blocks where the breaks in between allowed for networking and/or checking out the vendors. Highly recommend!
