PERIPHERAL VISION INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY+FILM FESTIVAL - P>IPFF is an international platform dedicated to cinema and photography that explore perception beyond the obvious.
The first edition of the P>IPFF is emerging — an event dedicated to those who use image not merely as a form, but as a way of thinking and experiencing the world. The festival grows from a need for focus, from the silence between frames, from the desire to notice what exists at the margins.

This is not a festival about fixed themes or clear definitions.
It is a space for works that exist at the edge — of image, of narrative, of meaning.

We are interested in what escapes the center.
In what is hidden, implied, or left unsaid.

Alongside the film program, the festival hosts the PERIPHERAL VISION INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY+FILM FESTIVAL - P>IPFF, creating a dialogue between moving and still images.

There is no fixed theme.
The core of the festival is the concept of peripheral vision — as a way of seeing, sensing, and interpreting reality.

The festival focuses on artistic and thematic diversity, promoting films that address important contemporary issues such as identity, culture, social transformations, and experimental approaches to filmmaking. The program includes open categories, encompassing both short films, as well as thematic categories that particularly highlight areas such as documentary, LGBT+, dance, film music, experimental art, animation, and best photography.
The program will include:
– film screenings and an international competition,
– photography exhibitions,
– artist talks,
– workshops and panel discussions.

PERIPHERAL VISION INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY + FILM FESTIVAL - P>IPFF is not only a space for films, but also a platform for artists and creators to interact directly with the audience. The festival will host meetings with artists, enabling the exchange of experiences and reflections on filmmaking, photography, visual art, and new forms of expression.
