Main Criteria for Evaluating Competition Entries
The jury evaluates the submitted works according to the following key parameters:
- Originality of the idea and author's concept;
- Cinematic quality and meaningful content;
- Artistic expressiveness and visual language;
- Quality of video shooting and editing;
- Narrative integrity within a format of up to one minute.
Main Terms and Conditions of the Competition
The competition is held on the basis of the Public Offer and the Agreement on the Use of Copyright and Personal Information. By submitting their work, participants confirm their consent to the publication and use of the materials by the competition organizers.
Technical requirements for competition entries:
- Video file format – mp4; resolution – HD or 4K; frame rate – 24 / 25 / 30 fps.
- Video duration – no more than 1 minute (works exceeding the limit will not be accepted).
- Maximum file size – 100 MB.
- The work must be cinematic and carry meaningful content.
- The video must begin with the official competition intro (3-5 seconds, not included in the total running time).
- Mandatory upload of a poster for the work (jpg/png format, size 370×410 pixels).
- The work must be new and created after the official announcement of the competition; previously published materials are not allowed.
