Once a Porn a Time… in Paris is an inclusive, feminist, and forward-thinking adult film festival that reclaims erotic cinema as an art form, a political gesture, and a space for joy. On 23 January 2027, Paris—the city of love and passion—becomes the stage for bold narratives, diverse bodies, and ethical desire, where pleasure meets purpose, and porn is finally allowed to grow up, think ahead, and misbehave intelligently.

The festival will take place at La Bellevilloise, a vibrant cultural venue known for its eclectic and inclusive programming, providing the perfect backdrop for an event that celebrates creativity, dialogue, and radical pleasure.

In this inaugural edition, filmmakers and audience members will have the unique opportunity to interact, exchange ideas, and explore the ethics and artistry of adult cinema together.

We proudly welcome all kinds of sexy, erotic creations, including kinky and BDSM films. We want to celebrate radical intimacy and the full spectrum of desire!

Expect films that challenge norms, expand imaginaries, and demonstrate that desire can be revolutionary, beautiful, and unapologetically subversive—inviting audiences to see erotic cinema in a bold, thoughtful, and joyful new light.

Rules & Terms

Submission Requirements & Conditions
- Once selected, filmmakers must provide an official film poster.
- All films must include burned-in subtitles in English.
- Accepted formats: H.264 / MP4.
- A Full HD version (1920×1080) is required, at 25 or 30 fps.
- By submitting, filmmakers agree that their name, image, and/or film poster may be used on the Festival’s website and social media channels.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- The filmmaker confirms that they own all rights to the film and/or script.
- The filmmaker confirms that they hold all necessary permissions, releases, and documentation for anyone appearing in the film.
- Films must be at least 1 minute long and no longer than 15 minutes, credits included.

Additional Terms
- The festival does not pay screening fees.
- The festival reserves the right to refuse any submission or change its submission status at its discretion.
- Upon acceptance, the festival is granted the non-exclusive right to exhibit the film at the festival and to use excerpts for promotional and marketing purposes.
This includes the use of the filmmaker’s name, likeness, publicity stills, film footage, title, logline, and synopsis in all festival-related publicity, before and after the event.
The festival strongly encourages all submitted films to follow these guiding principles:

CONSENT
All scenes must involve consenting adults. Everyone’s boundaries must be respected, and consent should always be freely given, informed, revocable, and enthusiastic.

SEXUAL HEALTH
Participants must have been tested prior to filming and/or use appropriate protection during the shoot.

INCLUSION
We welcome all identities, orientations, and bodies. Films must not include hateful, harmful, or intimidating behavior, nor discriminate against or harass anyone based on gender, sexual orientation, appearance, ethnicity, religion, or age.

The festival reserves the right to reject any film if these principles appear not to be followed.

We recognize that sexuality, kinks, and fantasies are personal and may be interpreted differently by each viewer. The festival disclaims any responsibility if a film should offend a spectator’s sensibilities.

Films are accepted in all languages. Please provide embedded English or French subtitles.
