Born In New York, 22 July 2008, Omer Samsa Gonenc spent most of his life in Istanbul, Turkey. He has been interested in the arts since his chilhood. Around the age of 10, he started to express his creativity through film, especially animation. He has attended Aci School while living in Istanbul. In 2021, he won best animation for Aci School Film Competition. He has joined arts and film clubs of Aci School. He has attended NYFA Summer Program Film Studies in 2022. He attended NYFA Summer School Program at Harvard in 2024.
