Nilarghya Kabiraj is an independent filmmaker and cinema enthusiast from Tiluri village, Bankura district, West Bengal, India. His love for cinema began through watching Bengali films from the ’70s era with his mother. Though not formally trained in film studies, he approaches filmmaking as a form of observation and personal expression. His work explores themes of identity, routine, and the quiet emotional struggles of everyday life.
