Niall McCloskey is a Belfast based creative working across the NI Film & TV industry. Together Niall & creative partner Thomas Bennett are a directing, writing, producing and visual art duo and co-founders of Standing Stone Pictures.

Niall & Thomas have created three shorts within the last two years. 'In Wake of John Doyle', 'Gabriel's Trumpet' and latest short 'The Galley'. Nialls next independently directed short 'Anamnesis' is currently in development with NI Screen's New Shorts Focus Scheme. Together Niall & Tom are in early development for their first feature film.

Together their work has been selected for competition at Academy, BIFA, IFTA & BAFTA affiliated film festivals such as Belfast Film Festival, Irish Film Festival London, DIFF (Dublin International Film Festival), Raindance Film Festival, Offscreen Film Festival, Louth Film Festival, The British Short Film Awards, Cinemagic Film Festival and more.
