Nelson Avidon is the writer and lead actor in CONFESSION, which has been selected to over 30 film festivals, and won awards for Best Short, Best Actor, Best Screenplay, and Best Director of a Short. Nelson is also the lead actor in the feature STOP TIME, and both films are directed by Paul Schwartz.
Nelson was in the CBS series East New York with Jimmy Smits, in the film Motherless Brooklyn directed by Edward Norton, and on Law and Order on NBC.
He plays Christopher Lloyd’s son in the feature film Rerun. Other films include Life After You, directed by Sarah Schwab, Keeping the Faith, with Edward Norton and Ben Stiller, and Our Italian Husband with Brooke Shields. He plays the lead in the new short film CUT WISH.
He has been in many plays on New York stages.
