Naomi Sequeira is an emerging, award-winning Filmmaker & Actress based in Sydney, Australia. With 10 years experience in front of the camera, she has always been a fan of storytelling and collaboration, and in July 2022 Naomi decided it was time to step behind the camera to create something of her own.

With no prior formal training in filmmaking, and all within the space of less than six weeks, Naomi wrote a script, picked up her iPhone 13, and created her debut short film, "Who I Was Before I Forgot”, which had it's world premiere at the SF3 SmartFone FlickFest 2022 in Sydney.

From pocket dreams to the big screen, WIWBIF took home 3 of the major awards, including Best Actress, FilmBreaker (Best First-Time Filmmaker), & Best Cinematography.

WIWBIF is finding its place and purpose in the world, and Naomi could not be more grateful for the response it's received. Next up she'll embrace the film circuit for 2023 and is in production for TEN/Paramount+ new series "Paper Dolls" as Annabel Tonkin.
