This year's call is open from March 10th to October 1st, 2024.
The results will be announced by November 1st at Festivals Instagram page, and the candidates will be notified by an email.
Films will compete in 3 categories: Regional Short Film, International Short film and
Amateur Films.
1. REGIONAL SHORT FILM
Entry regulations:
1. The film can be up to 25 minutes long;
2. The film can be fiction, experimental or animation;
3. The film must have English subtitles inserted;
4. The film must have been produced in the previous year (2023-2024);
*The submissions have to be sent in Serbian or English*
2. AMATEUR FILMS (Serbian amateur films included)
This call applies to film enthusiasts and amateurs who do not have
formal education in film or support by their University.
Entry regulations:
1. The film can be fiction, documentary or animation;
2. The film can be up to 20 minutes long;
3. The film must have English subtitles;
4. The film must have been produced in the previous year (2023 -
2024);
*The submissions have to be sent in Serbian or English*
3. INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILMS
This call applies to films from all countries in the world.
Entry regulations:
1. The film can be up to 25 minutes long;
2. The film can be fiction, experimental or animation;
3. The film must have English subtitles inserted;
4. The film must have been produced in the previous year (2023-2024);
*The submissions have to be sent in Serbian or English*
We are trying to keep submission fees as low as possible but our festival is dependent on them and every cent means a lot.
However, if you have difficulties with paying the submission fee, feel free to request a waiver.
