My film, "Under the Banyan Tree," was selected as a Special Jury Mention Student Short Film. It was an incredible honor to receive this recognition for my graduation project from film school. I was also able to attend the New Delhi Film Festival in New Delhi with the cast, traveling from Japan. The festival venue was Bharat Mandapam! The same venue used for the G20 summit! Perhaps it's the most magnificent venue in India? There, we were able to see traditional Indian dances and the winning films. Filmmakers from all over the world gathered, and we had wonderful exchanges. We even had the opportunity to discuss the future of filmmaking. On the final day, thanks to the kindness of the organizers, we enjoyed a fantastic time relaxing in a beautiful garden, having a launch and chatting. This was the ultimate reward for all the hard work we filmmakers have put in. It will be a wonderful memory I will never forget, and it will motivate me in future filmmaking. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organizer, Hanu Roj, the festival staff, and all the participants. Thank you! I will work hard to make even great films!
