Mumbai International Film Awards

Mumbai International Film Awards is open for feature films and short films of fiction, narrative, live, animation, documentary, experimental, smartphone, multimedia, as well as video-art, video clips, music, screenplays, narrative, commercial & social; national and international with all genres.
MIFA is the short form for Mumbai International Film Awards.

All cinematographic works must have been completed after January 1, 2009.
Responsible for the film: Any natural or legal person of any nationality can participate.

Number of films per representative: each artist can submit an unlimited number of films along with fees.

The registration of films to the Festival takes place through all portals where we have officially listed our festival. We must receive confirmation of participation through one of these platforms, which includes an online link. The participant must ensure that the password does not change until the Festival ends.

The director or producer who holds the rights must register the film before our deadlines are mentioned on portals where we have listed our festival for submission.

We accept films with all Languages with English subtitles. even silent  films are most welcome.

All winning films will be given a digital Award Certificate in .Jpg format.  

Once the film is registered, it can not be withdrawn from the Festival's programming and fees will not be refunded.

Selections:
Mumbai International Film Awards considers a feature film when the film lasts more than 50 minutes.
Mumbai International Film Awards  considers a short film up to a maximum of 50 minutes. Our Jury's decision about each and every film's selection or rejection is the final decision, there is no scope for any argument.

Fees:
The fees for the submissions are mentioned on the portal where filmmakers will submit the films. MIFA has the total rights to change the fees before, after & during the film festival, according to the situation.We request you to see this process of film submission & selection with good sportsmanship. but if anything goes wrong the jurisdiction for the disputes will be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. But we always want to support all filmmakers so together we will definitely win. We want to convey you the straight message that humanity & understanding is the key as we are here to support you.
Curator-ship: The Pre-Selection Committee will be made up of MIFA members, who will carry out their work according to the parameters of quality and creativity previously set by the Festival Management, to choose the OFFICIAL SELECTION OF THE FESTIVAL.

Official Selection: The responsible for the selected film will be notified via email.
Jury: A qualified jury will evaluate the films of the OFFICIAL SELECTION to choose the winners for each category.
As we are the Online Film Festival, So we don't do the projection of films. Screening or judging of the film is restricted only to our judges.
During the celebration of the festival, if needed, the organization reserves the right to exhibit the selected films in as many public sessions as it deems convenient, at no cost to the festival.
Once filmmakers or submitter submits the film then they are not allowed to withdraw the submission. and fees is non-refundable.
We only publish winners list (film names) on our website and keep it on the website for 15 days or if needed more. As this is our social initiative to support more and more filmmakers from all across the globe.
