ENTRIES:
We accept Narrative, Documentary, Music Video, Animation + Experimental films.
Limit of two entries per person/creative team.

Electronic submissions through FilmFreeway strongly preferred. If you are unable to submit electronically through FilmFreeway, please contact info@ohyeah.cool.
One image (promotional or still image) and one short synopsis of 50-150 words for each submission is required. Trailer and additional artwork are NOT required.
All submitted materials are subject to use by the Film Festival Committee for marketing and promotion, and on program materials and websites, in the form of written copy, visual clips and audio materials.
The festival reserves the right to use any and all above described materials in any and all above described forms for up to three years past the date of the festival. Filmmaker can opt out of this clause by sending a written request to info@ohyeah.cool.
ELIGIBILITY:
Finished pieces from any era with a connection to Philadelphia via the subject material, crew, screenings, or otherwise are eligible.
Works do not have to be completed recently.
Please do not submit works in progress.
DUE DATE:
All films and entry requirements are due by April 20, 2026.
NOTIFICATION:
Notification of acceptance status will be emailed by approximately May 4, 2026. You will be notified for each submission.
FILM FESTIVAL COMMITTEE:
The More Than A Film Fest Committee is currently comprised of Steven Jon (OYC), Kara Lieff (OYC), and Robert Y. Lee (TPC).
Additional committee members and judging panel to be announced.
SCREENINGS:
More Than A Film Festival is scheduled for May 16 + 17, 2026.
The number of film festival days, screening blocks, and selected films are at the sole discretion of the Film Festival Committee.
Films will screen using the file submitted by the submission deadline.
Any changes or updates to selected film entries must be communicated in writing to info@ohyeah.cool by May 4, 2026.
Q&As:
All selected filmmakers have the opportunity to participate in a post-screening Q&A that will be filmed. Each participant will receive a video of their Q&A to use for any purpose. More Than A Film Fest may use this footage for future marketing and promotion.
