I’m Mohsen Khademi, a photographer and filmmaker from Qazvin, Iran. My journey began with filmmaking studies at the Iranian Youth Cinema Society, followed by screenwriting at Shahid Sāles Film School. I started photography in 2010, transitioning from documentary and street photography to more conceptual series exploring memory, loss, and emotional depth.
I’ve created three major photo projects—Death Is Far Away, All That Remains of Her, and Dark Nights—and completed my first short film, To Fly, in 2025. My work has been featured in exhibitions across Iran, with Dark Nights winning Best Photo Series at the 2024 Raziya Regional Festival.
