Miranda Winters is an award-winning producer, director, and writer with 2 feature films and 130 episodes of television to her credit. A talented and proven producer, her projects have taken her from under the hood of an 1,100 HP drift car in the Formula Drift Championship (Losing Traction), to hanging from cliffs in Lauterbrunnen Valley, Switzerland capturing the best wingsuit pilots in the world (LIFTOFF), to the tightly knit community of big wave surfers that challenge the giant waves of Nazare, Portugal (Red Chargers), and even to the depths of the California prison system (Learning to Breathe). Miranda also produced one of the world’s first UHD/HDR sports reality series, (30/10 Challenge), helping to develop and refine UHD production and post production workflows. In 2017, Miranda and her creative partner Rocky Romano began working on The Highest Bidder, a political expose documentary addressing the complexities of the California legislative system. In 2020, Miranda co-directed Storm, a short film project starring Kiesza, which brought together over 100 drone pilots around the world to create the first globally-sourced music video showcasing startling footage of the world in lockdown during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Together with her creative partner Rocky Romano, the duo continues to develop and produce stunning non-fiction and scripted content.
