Milasa Film Festival

1. Non-English Speaking Movies must have English subtitles.
2. All film genres are accepted.
3. NO SCREENING FEE will be paid to the filmmakers for the festival screening.
4. We do not accept submissions that show violence in any way, or sexual, sexist nor offensive content.
5. Multiple entries are permissible, but each entry must be accompanied by a separate entry and fee.
6. Submissions will not be returned.
7. All fees are nonrefundable.
8. Submitting is not a guarantee of being programmed.
9. All films submitted must be in final cut form.
10. By submitting you give permission to Milasa Film Festival to screen the film at the festival as well as any other festival presentations, programs, and/or events.
11. By submitting you certify that you are the copyright holder of the film and have all necessary rights and clearances to have the film publicly screened by the festival.
12. By submitting you certify that you have full rights to the use of the music in the entered work.
13. Films previously submitted are eligible as long as they meet other requirements.
14. The entries are free for such categories as Fairytales and Little filmmakers (for kids 5-13 years old).
15. We hold the right to change these rules at any time.
16. A download link must be available within a week of notification of acceptance.
