Mike's journey into the film industry began years ago when he worked as a production assistant for special makeup effects master Rob Bottin. He gained invaluable experience on two major Hollywood films, directed by Ridley Scott and Joe Dante. This experience led him to pursue screenwriting, resulting in the successful production of two films: "Face Value" and "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus." Since then, Mike has optioned several other scripts and has been hired for numerous rewrites and treatments.

Interested in learning and expanding his knowledge base, Mike produced his first short film, "Land of Enchantment." In 2017 he made his directorial debut on the festival circuit with the award winning music video "Grow Old" for Justine Bennett's album, Orchard.
