Director and screenwriter born and raised in Mexico City. My cinematic approach explores the fantasy genre as a means of portraying structural issues through extraordinary elements in everyday settings. Currently, I am a recipient of the National Fund for Culture and the Arts for the writing of my first feature film, “Donde la yerba se rompe”, and I am in the development stage of the documentary "El lugar donde habitan los zorros," funded by DOCS MX and Ford Foundation.
