Michael Quigley is Co-Founder and CEO of QVH Media, Inc., an Atlanta-based producer and distributor of evocative, boundary-pushing films. He is an experienced media executive whose sharp eye for great stories, experienced programming background, and keen negotiating prowess has built world-class programming experiences for streaming services and cable networks through deep relationships across all major studios and streamers. He was Executive Vice President, Content Acquisitions for Warner Bros. Discovery, where he managed a multi-billion dollar budget and was responsible for buying thousands of film and television titles from dozens of major and independent film studios to create the programming library for HBO, HBO Max, TNT, TBS, TCM and other networks. He crafted the launch programming strategy and library for the critically-acclaimed HBO Max streaming service, which housed a collection of the most popular and iconic television series, including Abbott Elementary, Big Bang Theory, The Boondocks, Chappelle's Show, Friends, The
Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Martin, Rick & Morty, South Park, and Young Sheldon. Under his leadership, HBO Max was the first US streaming home for The Studio Ghibli Collection, and the streamer's 2022 film offering included more Oscar nominees
than any other streaming service. As a content seller, he negotiated deals worth over $100 million to license original films and series from Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, CNN, TBS and TNT to major streaming services. He earned his B.A. in economics from Rice University and MBA from Stanford University.
